We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and oversee the preparation and analysis of Profit & Loss statements. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and support management with timely financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP)

·        Manage end-to-end AP processes including invoice verification, posting, and payment processing

·        Ensure timely vendor payments and resolve discrepancies

·        Maintain accurate vendor records and reconciliations

Accounts Receivable (AR)

·        Oversee invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliations

·        Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables

·        Ensure accurate recording of receipts and adjustments

Profit & Loss (P&L) Management

·        Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Profit & Loss statements

·        Analyze variances against budget and prior periods

·        Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance

General Accounting

·        Maintain general ledger and perform monthly closing activities

·        Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations

·        Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

·        Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting

·        Support budgeting and forecasting activities

      Gst and taxation.

Qualifications & Skills

·        Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

·        5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a senior role

·        Strong knowledge of AP, AR, and P&L reporting

·        Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar)

·        Advanced Excel skills

·        Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

·        High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
