Role & Responsibilities

The Centre Head will be responsible for end-to-end operations and overall performance of the hospital/unit. Key responsibilities include:

• Overall management of hospital operations, administration, and day-to-day functioning

• Leadership and supervision of clinical, non-clinical, and support teams

• Ensuring smooth coordination between departments to deliver high-quality patient care

• Monitoring hospital performance, occupancy, revenue, and cost control

• Implementing and maintaining hospital policies, SOPs, and regulatory compliance

• Overseeing HR functions including staffing, training, performance management, and discipline

• Managing vendor relationships, procurement, and facility management

• Ensuring adherence to quality standards, patient safety, and accreditation requirements

• Acting as a key point of contact between management, doctors, staff, and external stakeholders

• Driving process improvements, efficiency, and growth initiatives
