Role- Nurse
Location : Basement, Block E, East of Kailash, New Delhi,Shift timings-
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To plan for and carry out all procedures of patient care including administration of medication according to standing instructions, assisting Doctors in various
medical and surgical diagnostic procedures, performing diagnostic procedures, collecting and sending specimens to the lab, and preparing patients for operations.
- Makes a complete assessment of all assigned patients on admission / at the beginning of the shift so as to plan the activities in order of priority while applying
principles of safe patient care.
- To provide hands-on care to patients by administering medications, managing intravenous lines, observing and monitoring patients' conditions, maintaining
records and communicating with doctors.
- Assessing and planning nursing care requirements
- To maintain accurate records, reports and ensure that the billing sheet is filled in correctly and the patient is charged for all procedure services, medications etc.
